Does your child study for hours… and still forget everything?
Does your child cram before an exam or test and end up in a total panic?
Have you ever wondered what is actually happening in your child’s brain when they learn?
How does the brain form connections?
How can you use this information to better support your child’s learning at home?
Firstly, consider L.I.K.E. in the learning journey:
Learning is more than
Information – getting the facts, because
Knowledge – making meaning of the facts is necessary for
Experience – applying the meaning in a real context
Most learners are never taught how to study.
They work hard, but struggle to identify what really matters in their notes, and they forget what they did yesterday.
There is a way to help them – with these Simply Genius courses.
We teach learners how to get better grades at school, and feel more confident about their learning journey.
It comes down to a few simple tools and skills that are not usually taught at school:
How to work with the brain to remember effectively
Recognise key ideas that are essential for memory
Organise information so that it is easier to remember
Create notes that make it easier for the brain to remember
Remember what they learned
How does it work?
Choose which course you want your child to do and register. The content is practical. It is applied to whatever your child is learning that time. They will be asked to send in copies of their learning notes through the course and given feedback.
